Dr. Bill Cox retired in 2019 from Oak Ridge Associated Universities as the manager for its Oak Ridge National Laboratory workforce development and research internship programs.  From 2007 to 2016, he served as the Executive Director of the Austin Peay State University Center at Fort Campbell, KY and the academic head (dean) of the School of Technology and Public Management.  He previously served at Tusculum College (now Tusculum University) as the Assistant Vice President of Extended Education,  Director of the Knoxville, TN Center, and Assistant Professor of Research.  Bill retired as a Major from the U. S. Air Force in 1997 with over 24 years of active duty service.  He holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado, an M.A. in Education Administration from Chapman University, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from The University of Alabama.
