Jordan Graeme
DC, MS, DCN
Dr. Jordan Graeme DC MS DCN is a Chiropractor and Assistant Professor at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. She has been practicing as a Chiropractor since graduating from the University of Western states with her doctorate in Chiropractic in 2011. Dr. Graeme earned two degrees from UWS, a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in 2011 and Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine in 2014. In 2018, she graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition. Following her doctoral graduation at MUIH, she completed a two-year Fellowship in Integrative Medicine with the Academy of Integrative Medicine. Dr. Graeme is passionate about integrative health care and providing individualized treatment plans for her patients. When she is not at work she spends time with her husband and one-year-old along with their three dogs. She is an avid equestrian enthusiast and spends a lot of her free time at the barn with her horse.
