An in-depth exploration of water soluble vitamins, fat soluble vitamins, major minerals, trace minerals, including basic functions of each and identifying symptoms of deficiency and toxicity (if any); an analysis of your personal 3-day food/beverage intake and foods to add that will bring levels up to the Daily Recommended Intake (DRI); benefits of nutritional supplementation; learning how the Organix(r) urine test determines supplemental needs of each unique person; how to choose and use excellent quality supplements; comparison of allopathic (conventional) approaches to naturopathic approaches to health care including lifestyle changes, dietary modification, nutritional supplements, specific therapeutic supplements, and botanical medicines; describe the factors that contribute to the development of osteoporosis and strategies to prevent/reverse it; case study; critique of current nutrition trends.
