M.S.

Dr. Jennifer Champion DCN, MS, CNS, FMCHC, CN is a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Health Coach, Educator, Speaker and Owner of NeoGenesis Nutrition, Inc., an Integrative Nutrition practice based out of the greater Seattle area. She believes in the idea of empowerment when it comes to addressing health concerns. Too many times, patients are told what to do, but are never consulted along the way. Education is power when it comes to making an informed choice about your current health goals.

Dr. Champion addresses the underlying causes of your symptoms in a bottom-up approach instead of a top-down approach that is our current medical paradigm. The symptoms are warning signs, but not the cause. At 20 years-old, Dr. Champion realized that she needed to make some changes to save her own life. Being offered only prescriptions and no real advice on how to make changes in her life that would support her desire for optimal health, she set out to figure out how to help herself. Having weighed 350 pounds and been diagnosed with PCOS, depression, anxiety, and infertility, she knew that there had to be connections between what she was eating and how she was living that was contributing to the development of her dis-ease. This ignited a passion for helping others figure out the puzzles to their health.

Dr. Jennifer Champion holds a Masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon and a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Her specialty is endocrine disorders including – but not limited to – PCOS, Endometriosis, Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, Insulin Resistance, adrenal dysfunction and thyroid disorders.
